The following pictures were taken in Summer 1988 during several visits to the line.

No 2 Enid draws in to Llanberis station with an afternoon train from the summit.

 

No 9, the lines first diesel, propels its train out of Llanberis the same afternoon.

 

The first steam-hauled passenger train of the day stops for water on the way to the summit.

 

At Clogwyn station we passed diesel No 10 with a train for Llanberis (above and below).
